Event Description:

All newly elected scouts and those wanting to hold positions in the future are encouraged to attend this training to kick-start their leadership experience and understand the troop structure. This training is required for all scouts who want to take a leadership role. All youth leaders should attend (SPL, ASPL, PL, APL, Troop Guides, etc.).
