The ILST camp out will be held at Camp Wokanda on Friday, August 21 - Sunday, August 23. We will be at the Apache campsite. The main purpose of this camp out (besides having a good time) is to give each of you the opportunity to complete the ILST training. ILST training is required to hold any Troop leadership position. The Troop will be holding open position elections at the end of August, so this is the last opportunity to get trained if you plan on running for an elected position. If you can't camp out both nights, feel free to join us on Saturday.
If you are ILST trained then this is just a summer weekend camp out. No need to attend the ILST training if you join the camp out. Great opportunity to get more camping nights on your record for rank advancement or OA qualifications.
We will plan on meeting at Crossroads at 5:30 pm on Friday, August 21. We will plan to return to Crossroads around 10:00 am on Sunday, August 23.
Scouts in Ze Fat Rats and Dark River Patrols who are not ILST trained, please put this one on your calendar.
We will email the sign up sheet as soon as it is available. Please be sure to sign-up even if you only plan to attend the training on Saturday.
