• Event Description: The City of Washington has asked for some Scouts from Troop 163 to help with their September 11th Ceremony on Sunday, September 6. Scouts will pass out programs, water, and help with the opening flag ceremony. This event will qualify for at least 2 service hours.  

• Items to Bring: Class A Uniform worn properly and looking at its best and a water bottle.
