Event Description:  Please join us on Memorial Day as we march down Main Street to Glendale Cemetery for the annual Memorial Day Parade and Services at Glendale Cemetery. Meet us at 9:30 next to old fire station near corner of Jefferson and Main for parade staging and instructions. We will start marching when the parade starts at 10:00 and attend the memorial service immediately after the parade in the cemetery.

Please invite any family member that served or is still serving in the military to march in the parade with us. If they are unable to march, transportation is provided, so please invite them.

During the parade, we need 4 to 5 scouts to walk in the parade at the curbs and hand out candy. We will also need some scouters/adults to volunteer refill the scout's candy bags when they run out. The city will provide the candy before the parade starts.

At the memorial service, we need 4 to 5 scouts will be handing out challenge coins to military personnel and help distribute water bottles.
