Event Description:
Many thanks to those who helped with the first work days on September 9th and October 7th. The Butterfly Pollinator Garden Project is having a final work day to rake the ground to prepare it for planting seeds later this fall.

The Washington Park District committed approximately 3 acres at Meadow Valley Park (Legion Road Side) to create a new native/pollinator garden in Washington. They need help with clearing the area, so please come and help make a wonderful new resource for our area along with our wild and native friends!

A lunch of hot dogs, chips, and soft drinks will be served at noon.
